Return Process

  Log into your Aqueria account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring they are securely sealed to prevent any leaks or damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
